It was a good experience to attend the food tour, we walked around for over 3 hours, tasted amazing food. Tom, our guide was very friendly and gave good facts about the places. Definitely recommend.

Review: Amazing “Kyoto Secret Food Tour” with guide Tomoro!!
I had such a memorable and enjoyable time on the Secret Food Tour in Kyoto. Our tour guide Tomoro was awesome! I learned so much about what Kyoto has to offer and the many delicious food dishes that are cooked in Japan. Tomoro did a wonderful job explaining different cultural aspects of Japan while we were walking around to our food destinations.

Review: Tasty tour of the best of Kyoto!
Super filling food tour of Kyoto highlighting local specialty items. Yuma deftly guided us through Nishiki Market and beyond and was a fun guy to hang out with for a few hours. As our family of four were the only participants in the tour, Yuma had flexibility with the itinerary so we were able to stop at a shrine and pick out fortunes, for example. The order of the various tastings was paced well, with a refreshing drink in the middle to cleanse the palate. Everyone was rubbing their full bellies by the end!

Review: Good guide but mediocre food
Tomoro was a perfect guide. Nevertheless the food experience was a little bit disappointing for that amount of money. I would have expected more high quality food and more diversity.
