You’ll discover an authentic foodie experience and the unique way locals eat and socialize, indulging in a carefully selected variety of pintxos, local red wine, txakoli and cider, and, of course, a sweet treat.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Quality drinks will be served at some stops, however if you would like more, a thoughtfully curated Upgraded Drink Package is available.</p>

You’ll start on an authentic pintxos bar opened in 1982, a true local favorite in Bilbao. Here, you’ll taste iconic Idiazabal cheese, served in a giant homemade croquette—crispy on the outside and rich and melted inside.

We’ll take you to a mix of classic and modern pintxos bars in Bilbao, where you’ll learn how to pour natural Basque cider and enjoy two delicious pintxos: a traditional talo with txistorra and a fresh anchovy and avocado pintxo.

We’ll continue the tour at a classic French-style pintxos bar, where you’ll enjoy a pulled beef pintxo with rich gravy on soft brioche bread, perfectly complemented by a crisp glass of txakoli.

We’ll head to a modern, new-wave pintxos bar, where you’ll enjoy a spider crab pintxo and a melting cheddar and beef pintxo, perfectly paired with a glass of Rioja.

Our next stop is a historic spot opened in 1903, featuring unique modernist décor, where you’ll taste a luxurious Iberian ham mousse.

We’ll finish the tour at a historic pastry shop running since 1852, where you’ll indulge in their bestselling chocolate Palmera, flaky, buttery, and irresistibly sweet.
