This super quick,super easy dish can be eaten pretty much any time of day. its also a great use of any old White wine you may have.
250g Mixed Wild Mushrooms
1 tbsp Garlic Oil
10g Salted Butter
100ml White Wine
1 tsp Creme Fraiche
20g Chopped Chives
Slice of Bread
Salt and Pepper
Brush any soil off mushrooms and chop into even size pieces.
