What you'll do
Upgrade your Secret Urban Wine Tours: Florence, experience with three food selections chosen to pair with the wine you'll be served. You must be 18 and older and have a valid ID. This upgrade can only be purchased in addition to the wine tour.
Due to the nature of creating a well balanced and thoughtful gastronomy experience, many of our tours are unable to accommodate certain dietary restrictions. Please contact us prior to booking your tour to see if we are able to accommodate your dietary needs.
- Assortment of Tuscan Cured Meats
Prosciutto Toscano is the historical local food of Tuscany. It's been producing here for centuries and it's amazing with both red and full-bodied white wines. Finocchiona salami is flavored with fennel seeds and pairs nicely with a fresh, acidic wine. - Assortment of Local Cheeses and Bruschettas
Sample a variety of fresh and semi-cured sheep milk cheeses. - Traditional vegetable soup with extra-virgin olive oil
A traditional Tuscan soup made with dried bread and vegetables, cooked for a long time and dressed on top with a bit of locally produced extra virgin olive oil.

We selected Florence's Old City Center and Oltrarno because walking through these two neighborhoods feels like walking through two different villages; noble, medieval, and renaissance palaces and churches, people from around the world walking and getting lost in the back streets; the beauty or art spread everywhere and artisans working inside their craft shop, reminding us a centenary long-lasting tradition.
Oltrarno is an area where the traditional restaurants have resisted the tides of globalization. Its own identity, history, culture, and ambiance have been maintained and cultivated over hundreds of years, making this the perfect place to experience the authentic, delicious wines that Florence has to offer.
