Review: Secret Food Tours Fort Lauderdale

I gave the tour five stars because Kayan Was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and interesting. There was quite a bit of construction on Las Olas and Kayan was very safety conscience, and he made sure that everyone in our group was safe as we navigated the streets. Kayan has a very friendly and enthusiastic personality and made me feel very comfortable in talking to him and asking questions. I give Kayan five stars for all of the above, plus His professionalism and genuine love of the job. I have a few other points regarding the tour, however. I believe that a shift should be made so we don’t have two donuts to just start out our tour. I would suggest something like one doughnut or Italian pastry, and then something along the lines of. guacamole and chips or a taco. . It would make the food selection much better. I also was very bothered by the tour guide not having access to any of the foods, because for me, it felt uncomfortable eating with the group and the Tour guide was not offered any food. My last comment is that a bottle of water should be supplied. Overall, kudos to Kayan as he made the tour a lot of fun. I do recommend this secret food tour, but maybe a few. tweaks, as suggested would make it even better.

We really enjoyed our food tour with Kayan! He was fun and knowledgeable! Very friendly and my sister and I felt like we knew him all our life. It was a great tour and I would recommend it to others. If I had anything that I would have liked differently it would be the 2 doughnut stops. It was too much to start the tour with 2 desserts. I personally didn't even try to eat the second doughnut or I wouldn't have been able to eat anything else. I would again like to give a shout out to Kayan for his upbeat personality and his kindness!! He made the tour really fun!!
