Isabel is a fantastic guide, explaining local traditions and also providing helpful directions and information about Nice for later. The tour was excellent value for money with a lot of food included as well as some wine.

"We had a great morning tasting and learning about local foods that we would not have experienced without a guide. Isabelle’s tour guided us through the old town section and into little shops we would have missed. Our family of four was part of an eight person group.  

We skipped breakfast beforehand and were stuffed by the end of the tour.

This was the highlight of our 9 day trip to Italy. Marina was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. We went to places we never would have found on our own, all places she personally curated. The food was incredible. I would recommend this tour to anyone, especially if you can go with Marina.

Isabelle and the food tour was absolutely fantastic. We had so much food! Local delicacies, desserts, wines and more! Isabelle was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The food was tasty. One of my favorite things was the visit to A L'Olivier. The creative ways they make olive oil and vinegars was awesome. Going to the flea market, seeing a lot of sights...I 10/10 recommend this tour!

The food tour with Carlotta was absolutely great. We visited 6 different venues and could taste local food and drinks. During the tour Carlotta have us insights about living in Venice. I strongly recommend this tour, if you want a taste of typical venecian food and drinks.

We had an excellent food tour with Marina! She showed us around some really interesting areas of Venice and all of our party enjoyed everything on the tour, Marina also did a great job of accommodating allergies and dietary preferences, my partner doesn’t drink alcohol so normally is left with juice or cola but Marina found loads of non alcoholic alternatives that were similar in style to the alcoholic drinks the rest of us had so we felt like we were all enjoying the experience together. Marina took us on a delicious and delightful walk through Venice. She was so friendly- the whole experience was very enjoyable as well as educational. We learned so much about Venice from Marina and through the food we tried.  It was definitely a highlight of our visit.

Vanessa was an enthusiastic and friendly guide. As well as the good tastings she shared some of the history of Nice, a great way to get to know the city since it was our first day in town. There was a variety of tastings, We especially liked the Socca pancake and caramelized onion tart.  We recommend if you’ve never been to Nice before.

We visited with our 19 and 16 yr old children and 80 yr old mother and we all had the best time. The food and places visited was amazing. We would definitely do this tour again and preferably at the beginning of our trip so we could visit some of the restaurants again. Our tour guide was very informative and a lovely person.

Marina was absolutely incredible. She took us to truly off-the-beaten-path spots that we never would have found on our own, and we got to eat like real Venetians. Every stop felt authentic, thoughtful, and special. She’s extremely knowledgeable, passionate about what she does, and made the entire experience so much fun. This is an absolute must-do when visiting Venice — hands down one of the highlights of our trip.

Isabelle gave such a wonderful tour. Because it is now off season/ January it ended up being a solo tour. Definitely unexpected. We went to a number of places and tried a variety of local foods despite the fact that the regular places for this tour were closed at this time of year. Plenty of food - I even ended up taking some home. I would not have found or tried this variety had it not been for Isabelle. Highly recommended.

"Our Secret Food Tour in Nice, France was a true culinary adventure! Heloise, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tour both fun and informative. Her passion for local cuisine really shone through and added a personal touch to the experience.

We discovered the delicious role of Swiss chard in classic Niçoise cooking and sampled many, many appetizers along the way. Each bite showcased the unique flavors of the region and left us eager to try more. A visit to a local confectionary shop added a sweet highlight to the tour, with treats that were as beautiful as they were delicious.
