We will meet our chef in a Secret location, wash our hands and start acquiring essential skills to be able to create the ideal Korean meal.

With our Chef you'll prepare three iconic Kimchi dishes.

First, Cabbage Kimchi Pancake (Kimchi-buchimgae): A crispy, savory pancake packed with the umami of fermented cabbage Kimchi.

Then we master a vibrant, crunchy radish Kimchi, and use it to create a hearty stir-fried rice dish with bacon, topped with a golden, perfectly cooked egg.

Then a White Kimchi (Baek-kimchi): A refreshing, non-spicy variation served with a delicate broth and noodles—a true delight for the senses.

While learning how to create these dishes and preparing a classic Korean Dinner, enjoy a Makgeolli(rice wine), or an alcohol free drink.
