  Portugal is not only about Pastel de Nata. With thousands of regional desserts found throughout the country, we are serving one from the Alentejo region.
• Portuguese Appetizer
  PEIXINHOS DA HORTA consists of pieces of green beans fried in a batter made with flour, egg, salt, pepper, and a little bit of milk or beer to achieve its divine consistency. It's the origin of the Japanese specialty 'tempura', having been introduced to Japan by Portuguese Jesuit missionaries.
