My husband and I joined two other couples on this food tour, and enjoyed every minute of the experience. Armando, our guide, not only introduced us to delicious regional foods, but told us about ingredients, preparation, and history. He was a delight! Juan Manuel was a fantastic tour guide. He was engaging, knowledgeable and had all the time in the world to provide us with useful information regarding the cuisine, culture and history of Oaxaca. We went to 7 or 8 places, including multiple stops in a couple of markets. Everything was delicious and we had many novel food experiences we loved and which we would never have experienced on our own. Great value.
