MIMOSA
This delicious brunch cocktail dates back to 1925 when a bartender at the Ritz Carlton hotel bar named Frank Meier invented a drink that was equal parts orange juice and champagne. The name mimosa came about as it was the same yellow color as the mimosa flower. Made with Wycliff Brut.
BLOODY MARY
Considered by many to be a restorative hangover cure, this popular brunch cocktail features the perfect mixture of tomato juice, vodka, and various spices and seasonings, yielding a beverage that is simple-yet-complex. Made with locally produced Dixie Black Pepper Vodka.
ESPRESSO MARTINI SHOOTER
This trendy brunch cocktail was invented by a bartender at a swanky London club in the 1980s at the request of a supermodel who wanted something boozy, yet stimulating, so that she could keep the party going all night long. Served bite size and made with Cannon Coffee Vodka and Carolyn's Cold Brew Liquor.
